A gallery of 40-50 flip chart page images of the days main issues and themes is illustrated and built up around the venue walls 'live' as it happens

Throughout the event, sticky post its are available for delegates to use

Delegates are invited to do a "Gallery Walk", write their feedback onto the post its and stick to the appropriate poster with the information . .

Yellow for "I broadly agree with the message of this poster"

Pink for "I broadly challenge the message of this poster"

Alternatively, sticky 'thumbs-up and thumbs-down' are provided to gauge very quickly, and very visually, which messages resonate most.

Conversation is stimulated and views and ideas shared around the Gallery as delegates add to, read and re-read the post its.

The Gallery becomes an interactive ideas filling station and allows the delegates to share their points of view in as easy and engaging way.

Shortly after the event the 'Top 20' images along with comments & feedback can be digitized in full colour and made available as a Presentation Journal, on CD and as web based digital files.
