Pre gallery work is really popular and can be used in many ways. Because the complete gallery is on the wall as delegates arrive it can act as a powerful initial engagement tool. It can also be used as a method for rolling feedback throughout the day - to stimulate discussion through delegates using the sticky post its - or even by delegates drawing their own speech/thought bubbles onto the artwork as ideas occur to them throughout the event! . . . it goes on and on . . a pre-gallery really is your flexible friend!!

Producing a pre gallery would involve me being sent background information, viewpoints, anecdotes, etc to the subject matter of the event. I would then draw up 40 or so flip chart images which are then posted to you to be put around the walls of the venue & interacted with in exactly the same way as if I were ‘on-site’.

I’ll provide all the post it’s, ‘instruction’ sheets etc so the whole thing can more or less run itself.

After the event you can simply post the images you would like made into the booklet and CD back to me & I'll recreate them into their digital form as well as emailing the pdf and jpeg files for print and powerpoint use.
